Chemo Brain Strikes Back

This infusion was rough for some reason.  I witnessed the triumphant return of chemo brain.  It left me confused, with nervous twitches and unable to focus.  It even affected my dreams.  It was like channel surfing in your brain, changing the station every second for hours.

I sense a great disturbance in the Force...

A few days later I was ok, but then I started having minor chest pains reminiscent of my blood clots.  So I spent a day at Johns Hopkins Emergency Room having another CT scan and ultrasound of my legs.  All clear, no worries.  That was a relief.

I am feeling pretty good right now, which means that another infusion is fast approaching.  As soon as I feel decent, BAM!  They load me up with more poison (which happens to save my life).  I'm only going to let them do it 5 more times though.  Then no more ever!  WooHoo!
