This infusion went well, apart from being nauseous for several days. So what was the problem this time? I caught a cold on Day 5, when my blood levels were almost at their lowest point. So Monday and Tuesday I was in pretty rough shape, with no white blood cells to help fight the cold. Apparently I looked pretty bad on Tuesday night - Ryan and my mom were worried about me. Ryan was thinking that we'd probably be checking into the hospital in the morning, and was sad for me. I'm not a big fan of hospitalization. Instead, Wednesday morning very early my fever broke and I started feeling much better. YAY! No inpatient stay necessary.
Thursday I went to work for most of the day, and Friday (which was the most beautiful day in months) I was at work for the entire day! BUMMER! Luckily I was able to get outside during a site visit and for lunch. I was wishing I was on the golf course with my Dad. Maybe in a few more months...
